Maintenance General maintenance practices should include sweeping or vacuuming to remove dirt and grit. Residential installations should be waxed twice a year with Bruce Lite 'n' Natural or Dark 'n' Rich, depending on floor color. Buffing between waxing will restore the floor's sheen.
